Where do you
need help?

You may need to review the sales process, develop your team or bring in an experienced leader. Start with the area you want to improve.

How we work
with you.

We start by discussing the problem and the information available. From there, we agree the work and how to review progress.

  1. Understand the problem

Understand what is working, what is holding you back and where to focus next.

  2. Agree the work

Set out the scope, responsibilities and support your team needs.

  3. Review progress

Check what has changed and where further work is needed.

Who is Growth Team Advisory for?

We work with professional services, financial services, insurance and technology firms. The services cover sales process reviews, coaching, training and commercial leadership.

How does an engagement start?

Email Christopher to arrange a conversation about your business and what you want to change. If there is a fit, the next step is to agree a scope and fee.

Where do you work?

Growth Team Advisory is based at Level 4, 1 James Place, North Sydney. Workshops, interviews and coaching are run in person across Sydney where practical, and online for clients elsewhere in Australia or with teams in several offices. Data analysis is done remotely.

How long does a sales process audit take?

Timing depends on the available records and the agreed scope, including any interviews. Discuss the timeframe before the review starts. See the audit page for the areas it can cover.

How do fees work?

Fees are quoted after a discovery call. The proposal confirms the scope, timing and fee, including any follow-up support.

How is coaching different from training?

Training develops shared skills and approaches. Coaching helps people apply them to their own work. If the problem is unclear, a process review can help identify what support is needed. See the comparison guide.
