The focus of executive coaching
Sessions can address priorities, decisions, team responsibilities and the way the business is managed. Sales coaching focuses more closely on selling and opportunity management.
Who it is for
Founders, managing partners and senior executives who want to discuss the challenges of leading a growing business. A leadership team can also discuss whether facilitated sessions would help.
How sessions work
Agree the goals, format and frequency with Christopher. Bring a current decision or challenge, discuss the options and decide what to do next. Review the outcome at a later session. Where an employer sponsors the work, agree confidentiality and reporting arrangements in advance.
Fees and timing
Fees are quoted after a discovery call. The proposal sets out the work, the people involved, the timing and the fee. Any ongoing support is agreed separately.
Questions about executive coaching
Can the coaching include commercial advice?
Discuss the type of support you want with Christopher when agreeing the scope.
What if we need someone to take responsibility for the role?
A fractional executive engagement may suit that need. Coaching supports the person already doing the job.
How is progress reviewed?
Agree the goals and review points at the start, then discuss the decisions, actions and results against those goals.
