Go-to-market strategy and execution

A go-to-market strategy sets out who you want to reach, what you will offer and how you will sell it. We help firms work through those choices when launching a service, entering a market or reviewing their approach.

When to review the strategy

A new service, a change in demand or a move into an adjacent market can raise questions about the right clients, channels and investment. A review helps make those choices explicit.

Questions the strategy addresses

  • Which clients have a need you can serve?
  • What will you offer, and how will you explain and price it?
  • How will clients find and buy the service?
  • What sales capacity and support will be needed?
  • Who owns the launch, and how will progress be measured?

From research to execution

Review relevant client, market and sales evidence. Compare the options with the leadership team, agree priorities and set out the work required. Execution support can be scoped separately, including fractional leadership.

Fees and timing

Fees are quoted after a discovery call. The proposal sets out the work, the people involved, the timing and the fee. Any ongoing support is agreed separately.

Questions about the work

Can this focus on one service line?

Yes. A focused review can address a single offer or market.

What if the evidence does not support a launch?

The review should explain the concerns and the options, including changing the offer, doing more research or delaying the launch.

Can you help with partnerships?

Partner selection and joint activity can form part of the plan. See B2B partnerships.
