Identify the format

A quote may cover individual coaching, team deal reviews, manager coaching or a training programme with follow-up. Ask who will attend and what each part is intended to achieve.

Confirm what is included

Check the number and length of sessions, preparation, material provided and any contact between sessions. For workshops, ask whether follow-up coaching is included or charged separately.

Ask who will deliver the work

Review the proposed coach's relevant experience and the fit with your team. Confirm whether the named person will deliver all the sessions and how any substitutions would be handled.

Check the practical costs

Ask about travel, venue costs, GST, cancellation terms and rescheduling. Agree what your team must prepare and how much time participants will need outside the sessions.

Compare the scope before the total

A per-person or per-hour figure can help explain a quote, but it does not capture differences in preparation and support. Compare the proposed work with the problem you want to solve and the time your team can commit.

Agree how progress will be reviewed

Choose measures relevant to the programme, such as the application of qualification questions or the quality of agreed next steps. Sales outcomes need to be assessed alongside other changes in the business.

Ask Growth Team Advisory for a quote

Fees are quoted after a discovery call. Describe the group, the support you want and any timing constraints. See sales coaching or professional-services training, or contact Christopher.
